Innovation provides a variety of workshops and classes tailored to suit your school’s requirements within students’ curriculum dance studies.
We provide professional support for the GCSE Dance syllabus, through contemporary technique classes and choreography workshops, which are designed to help students with the choreographical techniques required to create their own examined pieces.
We also provide support for the lead teacher within schools by assisting with performance piece choreography, with a proven track record of excellent performance marks.
We can provide your school/college assistance with the dance performance unit of the syllabus, devising and choreographing the group performance in styles ranging from jazz and contemporary to urban.
Our BTEC work has received high praise from examination boards commending our “excellent standards of choreography”.
We also offer dance for all key stages within the curriculum as an alternative option in PE.
Our PE curriculum dance is usually urban dance based (hip hop, street dance), which offers a fantastic, fun form of fitness for students, and allows them to try out the type of moves they see in music videos to an upbeat, current soundtrack.
